If you already have the updated PDF from the crowdfundr and would like to buy the author commentary without double purchasing the entire book, you may do so over here. The password is a single word from the PDF, in the final bonus chapter The Roots Beneath Them on page 543. It is the last word of the first line of dialogue, no punctuation, only the one word.

realized about 5 mins after i posted this it was on the old version 😵💫 I want to have it here as well so folks looking at this page will see how much I recommend the book!!!
I cannot think of a way to describe just how much I fell in love with every part of this book and just how much joy it has given me. I will try though ٩(ര̀ᴗര́) I think of everything to soak up I truly did enjoy the characters the most, but granted I loved everything. Val as the POV character made my heart swell because hes just got such a way about him that scratches my brain just right. Hes also a little freak which is perfect and good. It took me some time to get to KIYE but I recommend it fully!!

this book watered my crops and my fields are now flourishing. the harvest has been bounteous for two whole years. if you can spring for the annotated version, too, do it; you won't regret it, cross my heart.
